The platform enables you to create, manage, and share your professional identity digitally. You agree to use the service legally and ethically. Misuse (e.g., inappropriate/misleading content) may lead to suspension.

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and ensuring the accuracy of your shared information. Do not upload or share false, illegal, or misleading details.

We collect basic personal information (name, email, phone, business details) solely to deliver services. We never share your information with third parties without consent, unless required by law. See our dedicated Privacy Policy for details.

We may modify, update, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for disruptions or changes in availability.

The service is provided “as is.” EcardSnap shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page regularly.

All payments must be in INR (Indian Rupees). We are not responsible for payment failures (e.g., authorization issues, bank limits, transaction failures, technical disruptions).

All sales are final once a digital business card is purchased. As per yearly hosting plan/prior agreement, timely payment is required to avoid service interruption. For billing queries, contact support.
