Welcome to Ecardsnap. By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a service, or using any feature of our platform, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions.

3) Use of Services

Our platform helps users create, manage, and share digital business cards, websites, ecommerce-style pages, inquiry pages, forms, and related online business identity tools.

• You must use the platform only for lawful business or personal purposes.
• You must not upload false, misleading, illegal, harmful, adult, abusive, copied, or unauthorized content.
• Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension, service restriction, or removal of content.

4) User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, images, product details, links, phone numbers, business details, and other content submitted through your account.

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use correct and active contact details.
• Do not impersonate another person, brand, or business.

6) Privacy & Data Use

We may collect information such as name, business name, email address, phone number, city, address, business details, website content, uploaded images, and payment or service-related details to provide and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be used for account setup, service delivery, support, billing, communication, security, and legal compliance.

7) Payment

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated in writing. We are not responsible for payment failures caused by bank issues, UPI limits, card authorization issues, payment gateway downtime, incorrect details, or technical disruptions.

8) Refund & Cancellation

Digital services, website setup, digital card setup, customization, hosting, domain-related work, API setup, and design/development work may involve immediate technical effort. Therefore, payments may be non-refundable once work has started or service has been activated.

9) Service Changes

We may update, modify, improve, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any feature, plan, price, offer, or service at any time. We may also perform maintenance or technical updates to keep the platform secure and functional.

10) Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ecardsnap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages arising from use of the platform or inability to use the platform.

11) Third-Party Services

Our platform may use or connect with third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp services, SMS/RCS providers, analytics tools, domain providers, email tools, or logistics/API services. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

12) Intellectual Property

Platform design, code, layouts, workflow, branding, and service structure belong to Ecardsnap or its respective owners. Users must not copy, resell, misuse, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform assets without written permission.

13) Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms. Please review this page periodically.

14) Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction in Gujarat, India, unless otherwise required by law.
